Outstanding service at the Dyson Service Center! When my 4-year-old Pure Humidify+Cool PH01 stopped pumping cool water, Christian, their technician, provided exceptional service. His diagnostic process was thorough and transparent, and he clearly explained the needed pump replacement ($140). The repair was efficient and cost-effective - my unit has been working like new for two weeks now.

What impressed me most was their honest approach: they'll tell you straight up if a repair is worth it, and if not, they offer competitive discounts on new units compared to retailers like Best Buy. Despite the drive to the East Bay, the quality service and expertise made it completely worth the trip. If you have a Dyson that needs repair, don't hesitate to visit their service center!

I was nervous about making the 2 Hour drive out here for my vacuum, but it was worth it 100%. I arrived at 10:30AM, and by 10:48, I was walking out with a fully functioning vacuum.
The staff member knew what was wrong with my vacuum the second I tried to turn it on, he helped me with the QR code process and finding my serial number, and the service was free! This to me is what makes buying a Dyson product worth the money.

This service center is awesome! I've visited the shop a handful of times over the years with my Dyson V7, V8, V10, and now my V15. Every visit has gone flawlessly, and I've always received prompt, excellent service. Yesterday was no exception. Christian was very patient, helpful, and provided me with excellent service! I don't know how this service center consistently hires such competent and nice techs. I wish they'd share their "magic sauce" with other service industries!! 😉

i drove from an hour away to this dyson service center. luckily there wasn’t a wait and i was helped right away. the guy (didn’t get to catch his name) let me know it’ll be a little wait and he will find out what’s wrong. i waited about ~20ish minutes which wasn’t too long. i waited in the lobby area for a bit and he was able to fix my dyson hairdryer right away!
my hairdryer was still under warranty and didn’t have to pay anything for the service repair!!

thank you so much to the kind gentleman who helped me out today! truly appreciate it and i definitely recommend this place and worth the little trip out here. i have a lot of dyson hair tools and i know where to go now if there was ever something wrong with my electronics. 🙂

It was a drive for me to get there but the service made the drive easy. The gentleman helping with just incredibly polity, patient and helpful. They were quick in diagnosis and very nicely laid your options out to you. It seemed they held a good stock of replacement parts and replacement units also. They have a small slip on a clipboard for you to fill out as you come in which has your details and the reason you are there for. The slip calls for the SN if you have it to make things go faster. It is a small place with a few chairs and demo units. The employees are typically working in the back but keep coming out after running diagnosis on the units before you and come out to update the owner. They have a sign posted saying the same so if you go in and no one is there, hang on someone will come out. Not that easy to catch from the road but the center is in the front of the building.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, as the customer service we received was top notch. What began as a service visit turned into a frank discussion about replacing a 20-year old vacuum. The technician who assisted us seemed nothing short of delighted that we were purchasing directly from the Center, as well as making sure that we were informed of our options and costs.

Great service.
Just stopped in the early morning due to a blockage issue with vacuum. Staff was very nice and was able to fix my filter in a few minutes. In and out didn’t take more than 15 minutes and I’m so happy with the experience here.
