Very disappointing experience at this loan origination company. In-Office visits were pleasant enough. Loan officer provided a document with their “required client supporting documents”. We provided exactly what was required then received numerous Emails wanting more and more and more documentation. Pretty soon they were asking for all Banking transactions deposits & withdrawals spanning months. That with both husband & wife credit scores over 800.

It got to be excessive to say the least. Then days after we terminated our business relationship with this company they contact us for a credit card to charge some undisclosed last minute fees to.

Caveat Emptor

I do not recommend this company.

This is my second time going through E F Edwards and I absolutely love the quality of service they provide. They always keep the clients best interest at heart when doing anything. Very honest and nice group of ladies to deal with. I really enjoy the personable attitudes and friendly atmosphere at E F Edwards, give them a try and i know you wont go anywhere else.
