I love the quiet yet very friendly community! I might be partial but i feel i have the best neighbors who look out for us! Everyone loves to see our sweet Thor! Our office staff and maintenance work swiftly to address any needs or concerns! I love that we have a community garden and looking forward to a successful 2025 planting season! Mrs Wanda and Jeanette have made Eastway feel like family from day one!

We had a few small issues to be fixed. we let the office know and within 24 hrs a guy showed up .the tech aaron had them fixed in no time at all. He was super friendly and seemed like he knew exactly what to do. Glad to know things are taken care of here in a timely manner.

Was in there yesterday to inquire about an apartment Jeanette was very rude and talked about her staff badly this is very poor practice in management i wouldn't even consider moving in after talking with her you really need to get rid of ppl like her she has no business being in charge of apartments

We absolutely LOVE our new home at Eastway Court Apartments! My wife and I moved in here Oct 15th and we are enjoying the peaceful quiet community. It’s apartment living but much more like a village feel. Jeannette, the property manager, Wanda and Bailey treated us like family from the first time we stopped in to inquire about renting. We have great neighbors, have had exceptional service from Mark and the maintenance staff. Our little fur baby loves our new home too and she visits the dog park daily. We feel very fortunate to have made the move to such a comfortable, easy, safe and quaint community.

I moved to Eastway Court when I was 18, It was my very 1st apartment on my own...I loved everything about it and felt super safe and loved the area and how quiet it was. I moved else where and loved it so much I returned there about 4 years ago with my husband and now we have our 1 year old son there. We love our neighbors, Wanda in the office is AMAZING and keeps up with us! The renovations are great, maintenance staff is super nice and has been efficient. I am pleased with our over all experience here! Jon and Amber keep the apartments very entertained and do their best to keep plenty of activities going for the apartments; especially with everything going on during COVID!

I have lived at Eastway Court for a solid 4 or 5 years I feel like it’s been 5 and in April I will be signing a new lease here! I have lived in a few days different apartments and I have had amazing neighbors and just all around good experiences! My dog is so happy here and loves the dog park! Maintenance is top notch as well! Quick to get issues fixed and are willing to try to meet time frame requests if it fits into what they are already doing!
