Our experience with Easy Street Realty has been phenomenal from the beginning! We just completed a 3 year lease to move into our dream home, but still sad to part ways. We lived very comfortably in this home no issues. Lisa and her team made it that much more pleasant. Very professional, communicated well, any maintenance repairs (which weren’t many) were taken care of promptly and flexible around my schedule. I highly recommend them. Thank you for such a great experience!

Do NOT work with this company. The owner, Lisa Zeller McAffee, is a poor excuse for a property manager. Throughout my interactions with her she has been a horrible communicator and has failed in every way to be an ethical and responsible property manager. It took an entire month of emails, phone calls, and texts for me to get my microwave replaced and replace a broken garbage disposal. I had to find my own pool guy after letting her know my pool was turning green (which is included in our monthly rent). And now my air conditioner, downstairs, has quit working for the past 12hrs. She will not return my phone calls, texts or emails. I will be reporting to the the Arizona Department of Real Estate. These were all maintenance requests. I have been in this rental for over 2yrs and signed for another 2yrs in January. I am stuck. BEWARE renting from this company

Do NOT work with this company. The owner, Lisa Zeller McAffee, is a poor excuse for a property manager. Throughout my interactions with her she has been a horrible communicator and has failed in every way to be an ethical and responsible property manager. It took an entire month of emails, phone calls, and texts for me to just receive a mail key to my rental property. She will not return your phone calls, texts or emails unless pressured to do so by a real estate agent or the Arizona Department of Real Estate. She will also not follow up with any maintenance requests. I had two different plumbers come out to snake toilets because they kept clogging from normal use. They both said the toilets were in horrible condition and needed to be replaced. Lisa never went through with this and never communicated why to me, the tenant. When I finally was able to communicate with her over the phone she claimed she didn't know anything about it, even though I know that she received the receipt from the plumbers (I have the other copy of both receipts) and I spoke to the plumbers and they both claimed that they had spoeken with Lisa directly. Again, save yourself the misery and walk away from any property that she is affiliated with.

Lisa and her team have managed two of our rental properties for over 5 years. They do a great job and take the stress out of owning a rental by properly screening tenants, handling all the required paperwork and rent collection, as well as seamlessly handling any necessary repairs.

I’ve been with this company since 2017-2021 lived in the same unit the entire time and my landlord was Lisa Zeller. She’d help time to time with late fees but her response time takes forever, she is very rude when she does respond... if she responds. The unit recently went up for sale and she wanted to let strangers in my home during a pandemic and I wasn’t comfortable with it and she went on to tell me how I’m not allowed to deny showings. When I told her I had covid and was quarantined she stopped responding and never showed sympathy but was just trying to schedule showings. I asked for assistance since I was told to move in such short notice. Moving isn’t cheap and she failed to respond to me asking for more time to pay the rent instead she charged me fees daily and responded no I can’t help but your rent is past due and racking up late charges per day. The picture I am trying to paint is we all fall sometimes and look for help but Lisa Zeller is not the landlord to turn to and ask for help. Slumlord ! So glad to be free from her and her unprofessional ways.

Only reason this gets a 1 start is because I couldn't give it a lower score. Lisa is as helpful if I asked my dog to find me a place. I would be better off going door to door and asking for someone to let me stay then trying to get Lisa to lift a finger to help. Never picks up the phone, texted me to text her instead and right after that never replied again.Gave me a day to know if we got approved, took two more days and didn't pick up once in those two day. Said we will have the lease at the end of business day and picked to go on vacation then help. Even after we told her we have a short time and she said "Okay, I will have it for you" If your chatting with them and the closing hour hits, you're on your own. Next time I will just punch my self in the family maker before getting "help" from them again.

I have been renting with Easy Street since Nov 2016. I have always received prompt responses from Lisa and her team at Easy Street for all my maintenance needs. I know that they have one plumbing vendor they use that is not very prompt and will make excuses for not showing up but this should not reflect on Easy Street
