Attempted to pay my vehicle in full and was not given the correct balance. I was outstanding $40 and was not notified whatsoever that I had a remaining balance. No phone calls or anything and was deducted 80 pts from my credit. Would not recommend.

I’ve been with them for over 20 plus years, never had a bad experience with them, until I received a call for a fraudulent transaction, on my account, card was cancelled but after a month my cancelled card took my account negative.
No one can explain this to me.
I’ve reached out to Peggy and Ed , Fox8 news to get some action,
I order a new card and haven’t gotten it yet, over a month now,

I'm hard working single mom with a new baby that i have to take in with me every time even in bad weather cause they said im something with bank and I just don't like when people that play with my living I barely got it as it is and when u play like you can't give me my money cause of an address not matching my bank address and act like I'm just some random person who ain't been coming for years!!!! Yea i said it years! If i was fraud ...pause ima just stop rigth there cause It's a wrap! Now if i come its cause i have no choice . All ima say is If you need your money and it's cuting it close to where all banks close you might well try for your own bank then comin here tbh even if it's not closing nobody got time to waste on gas period

Need phone etiquette training desperately. I called last week about my new debit card because my current one is about to expire. I was told that I should receive it in a couple of days and if I don't to call back the following week. I just did and was nastily told they couldn't do anything about it and they were automatically sent out and if I don't receive it to call back. If I had been told that last week I wouldn't have called back and wasted her precious time. I can pretty much guess that I won't be getting my card in a couple of days and will not have access to my money and will have to be talked to any kind of way when I have to call back. I work customer service and know how to talk to people that call and this isn't it. It would be different if I was disrespectful but I wasn't. This is unacceptable behavior.

EDIT: Was contacted by Robin from the credit union and she was gracious enough to get me a new debit card and I picked it up the next day. Fast, professional and friendly and I really appreciate that.

I have used Eaton for over 15 years. I moved out of state but had to return. There are a few new faces and all are nice. I would like to say the teller that's closest to the vault, I apologize because I can't recall her name, she's been there the longest. This woman is a true professional in every way. She's always pleasant and a joy to see. I'm very happy when I see her there because I know I'm going to get the best customer service.
