What a horrible experience!!! Wow tried to rent us a home with exposed wiring, mice, ants, and not clean. He blames owner. Owner should us it’s them. I would recommend using anyone else you will not be happy trust me.

We've had amazing experience with Sds. We viewed property and werr approved in a few days. Jessica and Yansi were amazing and our while move in experience was simple. Great overall experience and recommend them to all.

I rented ause from this company. Make sure you read the contract and all kinds of extra charges .
I had to pay for a cleaning service before moving in and the house was filthy. The cabinets were covered with grease. I couldn’t even see out of any of the windows the window tracks were filthy , they were even exposed electrical outlets with wires hanging out,
There was a little response to items that needed to fix in the house. When the dishwasher started making noises and quit working the guy that came out, blamed me. There was never an upper bar in the dishwasher but they were telling me I lost it and had to replace it.
Come to find out if I was three days late on the rent I would be charged a late fee of 10% which for the outrageous rent I was paying was $350. Upon leaving the house, I own a professional home decal company. I had cleaned all the windows inside and out painted two rooms of the house and made it show room ready And they still charge me $300 for a cleaner to come in and clean a vent. I had missed.
They also charge me for cleaning the pool because it turned green because they didn’t turn the electricity on when I left and the pool turn green because it was off for two weeks. I had a very bad experience from the start with this company I don’t recommend it.

Eddie Sandoval and his brother went above and beyond to help me rent my one bedroom apartment in Oceanside. They did an incredible job screening the tenant. My unit was rented quickly. I am so pleased with their service. I highly recommend this company.
