Very frustrating experience working with their front office trying to retrieve documents for an estate. They didn't send what I asked for then wanted me to carry the expense of FedExing the correction after it had already taken three weeks. I have had experience with two other Edward Jones offices in the past and those were both extremely helpful and did more than expected so I was very surprised. I wouldn't personally use this particular office because of my experience.
