The first time I spoke with Megan, she thought she know how I needed to handle my investment. I was talking to her and she interrupted me. I finally had to tell her she needed to listen to what I had to say. now she has decided that someone in South Carolina can handle our account better than somebody in Indiana. I felt like she should’ve at least called and asked my husband and I how we would like to proceed with moving our account to another Edward Jones location. We sure wouldn’t have picked South Carolina. But that’s what happens when you’re dealing with somebody that feels like they know better than you.
