I'm not pleased with these people. They've upped my rent by $50-$95 every year for the past several years. I believe they are taking advantage of their tenantsbecause the housing market is so terrible. They know we dont have many options. Now they are trying to bribe us with a $10 giftcard so we will leave a 5 star review. Also, my air conditioner has messed up several times and one of their suggestions was, "Don't run it so much." It's 90 degrees every day and my rent has gone up 30%. I'm going to stay cool. Look somewhere else to rent.
