Alexis was super helpful and is by far the most professional staff at EGL.

He fixed the problems caused by the other staff and lack of response.

Originally I was very unhappy with my emails being ignored by the accounting staff for 2+ weeks, but Alexis returned my deposit and cleared up the problems all in 1 day.

Wow. Really impressive what just 1 person can do compared to an entire department.

Poor communication, I have to chase them down for a month.
I did apply to a unit, got approved, and a month later the unit still in horrible conditions, not ready to move-in.
I just lost my application money.
If you are considering applying to any unit from EGL Properties make sure the unit is already in decent conditions to move-in. Because they said issues would be addressed and they were not!
