AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Super unprofessional. Applied for a property that was very much available, and that I was well qualified for. I wanted to make sure I'd get it so I even had a guarantor apply with me right off the bat. Minerva was responsive during the application process, and I got everything including employer and current landlord references in asap, then she went radio silence. I followed up multiple times and she ignored me and finally told me they gave the property to someone else. Waste of time and money and handled unprofessionally. In retrospect, it's probably a blessing as they're be the ones I'd have to go to for any maintenance requests on the house, etc, and judging by my experience and the other reviews, that seems like a frustrating nightmare. Would not recommend wasting your time here. Also, gettin someone on the phone was impossible. Everything is automated and no one picks up their main line. There is no option to speak to someone, you can just leave a voicemail.

A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. dirty, do not care about the well-being of renters/owners. will gaslight you, lie to you, and scam you out of money for unnecessary things while my apartment is still broken in and in unlivable condition. incapable of providing actual service.

Worst management company!their location in Moreno Valley ca off of dracaea avenue is a total disaster and ghetto
The maintenance does nothing at all you call him for repairs and he is always sick or hurt they never clean the property the trash cans is always over filled they have a rat problem all the neighbors have dogs That they never pick up their poop so you can’t even go to the back yard and to top it off they have favorite renters that have been their longer meaning they cut into your parking can’t even park 2 small cars but the rest of the neighbors can’t park Yukons and vans and have extra 2 feet of space between cars and the neighors will literally hit your car and not tell you and once you confront they say do you have proof straight ghetto and trash oooh they wanna charge 2000 for a 2 bedroom acting like its a good neighborhood when their was a double homicide in November in 2023 2 houses over

When I complained that there was mold in the rooms. The old lady in charge of the office said well stop cooking so much soups...and open the windows..She is not polite and ia rude..I complained about people smoking weed and she said call the cops..I cannot help you. When I signed the contract it said no illegal drugs or use will be permited..I thought well I found a good place for my children's...I was wrong.. Stay away from this company...Then some neighbors put the music like they had a party so loud ....you could nearly hear my own tv...I know other people complained so did I...one day I received a notice; that said "if people complain about loud music there will be an increase in the rent for all tenants...I asked other neighbors and they got the same later...please find a decent place to live...The person in charge is mean and careless...Ones you sign the contract is too late...
