My wife and I were finally able to purchase a condominium that we would be able to use as a second home and rent it when not in use. As we had predicted the tenant has had a couple of concerns and repairs and Minerva has immediately notified us and together have resolved the problem in a timely manner. Waisted my time with a landlord who has a trauma and a stereotype issues from previous tenants.
I believe that they knew since the first beginning yet they kept on killing time with extremely slow messages.
The house was a disaster. The post said it has two bathrooms while it has one bath and another disgusting half bath in the garage.
What a shame!
