I had a schedule meeting today with Dotty. Lines of communication between Dotty and myself went very well. She provided clarification on multiple questions I had. She reviewed all my current investments. Making sure I was satisfied with the direction I was going. She clarified tax ramifications when money is taken from your investments Communication between the financial advisor and client are always important. You agree and discuss issues you disagree with. Dotty understand that. She opens the meeting with your immediate concerns. (Be it health or current financial. )Our conversation and meeting was very productive and informative. Very pleased with the visit.

They held my account for years. But about 2 years ago the advisor that was on case with my finances left the business. I have had ZERO contact from Dotty until I sent an email inquiring about my account. Dotty told me that she would not take responsibility for any of her advisors and admitted that my account was overlooked and not assigned or managed for the past two years. Then asked what i wanted to have happen now. I said I didn't think I could trust someone who didn't want to take responsibility for neglecting my financial account. Dotty then told me she was going to remove herself from my account and assign another of her advisors. But that didn't happen either. I received a letter from the investment agency that "I" terminated my relationship with Eley graham, when I most cruising certainty did NOT. The letter was basically threatening to instill fines for this action. This financial institution or agency discriminates when you don't have the amount of money DOTTY finds valuable. Pure greed is the motivation. God only knows how much money 2 years cost me. In 6 years or more my account made close to $400 after fees. Shame on you. Contact the state of they have done the same to anyone reading this.
