Well they let the gardeners come damn near everyday. And now that it is finally gotten to a hundred out in the middle of summer they're having the tree trimmers trim all the shade away. Way to be as shameful as you can possibly be! 7/19/23. I would appreciate it if you would give me an extra $100 for my now more expensive AC bill Thank you.

The community is nice the buildings are very nice The amenities are nice. The homeowners association is the only thing that makes this place bad. Took a good thing and trying to make it bad. I hope we do not feel the need for HOAs much longer

9/ 13/24 middle of heat wave. Decides to trim trees again. How stupid can you be?

This is my first and worst HOA experience as a home owner. Elite Management makes poor decisions and has bad communication. They reduced the amount of recycling bins at Casa Bella and now residents are placing recycling items in the regular trash bins causing it to overflow. This is normal occurence. The photo below is from last Thursday. This is ridiculous! Especially our HOA fees were increased. The landscape is terrible, we have overflowing trash bins, Security is terrible and all they do is harrass residents. Elite Management, you need to get it together or more residents will leave for your poor decisions.

Absolutely awful. I get constant harassment from them about my yard being half an inch longer than they would like. That isn’t even the half of it. They will send letters over the most minor and basic issues. Such as the time they sent me a warning over a stain on my driveway. It was wet. On a rainy day. Like come on, you can’t possibly be serious. If you are considering getting a home run by this company, think again.

Oh and not to mention when I went into their office to voice my frustration they gave me some of the worst customer service I think I’ve ever seen.

Talking and sharing between neighbors, we have come to the conclusion that Mr. Tim Mc Leary and his company Elite Management are a company that you do not as a homeowner want managing your community. My wife has called several times and left voicemails about the recent burglars and package thefts within our community here at Casabella Townhomes. Well they never have responded back as a courtesy. While we all have to pay 300.00 for HOA fees on a monthly basis, these people never have the common courtesy of addressing our complaints and concerns. They also have a landscape company that never do any actual work, tend to always see them taking breaks, and just turn the water off to the sprinklers so they don't have to be trimming our bushes! Plus they cut all our trees that would provide us with privacy. Well they cut our trees and threw all the wood chips onto our flower beds, causing health issues to our children! You do the math if you think hiring this company is good for your community.

Random fine and threats in the mail for parking. If you live in a gated community and have 5 people who drive you're screwed because they won't let you park on the street and only allow one parking pass. Terrible employees and they never pick up the phone. Worst management ever.

Do not hire this company, all the reviews should speak for themselves, never available, dont get back to you but somehow always albe to send you threating letters and fines. Phone doesnt pick up, they dont care about abandoned cars, stolen packages or the people that live in the community they manage. Ive owned here for 8 months and it is obvious what they are doing, just sending fines and seeing who pays them.

They really are a terrible management company. Many of the rules at Verona are from a lousy HOA but the management company is terrible. HOA rules that you can't leave car for more than three days in one spot. I've had neighbors parked for weeks and can't find a spot after work. But had another neighbor had her plates stolen from her car while on property, reported and they towed her car a couple of days later for not having plates even though not her car was legally registered. A terrible company with no accountability.

Great company. Good people. Very communicative and polite. They are efficient at their jobs. A lot of complaints on the reviews have nothing to do with them but with their HOA rules which Elite Management doesn't have control over their board does.
