Great place to live. Staff is attentive and accomodating. Had a maintenance issue in middle of night and maintenance was there in literally 10 minutes. It is hard to find a place to live these days with staff that cares about the property and its residents. Elite One Property Management keep up the good work!!

I like living at Elite One properties. It’s a quiet community with friendly staff and management. They have always attended to any problem I have ever had quickly and without hesitation. Management is friendly and great to work with!! Overall, very happy here.

Management is so unprofessional, they never fix anything, getting the cheapest people to “fix” problems. Management lies to you about to get things done, cleaning people smoking while doing the cleaning.

They say a company will come and they send family or friends to fix things that require some professionals, building is sinking so there’s cracks on the walls and roof.

They raise the rent prices but they don’t cooperate to fix things when you have a problem.
