I recently tried to move in to an apartment through elite. When I got there it was filled with roaches. Not just one or 2 it was infested. Dead in the fridge, dishwasher, washer , and dryer. Not to mention I told them before moving in to fix things. They left not only me but my animals without a livable place. It had fire hazards and safety issues. They wanted to charge 950 for an apartment that wasn’t livable. Not to mention the lady from the front desk was insanely rude to me when I tried to get my deposit back. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

I've had a great experience renting from Elite. I was having trouble finding what I was looking for through other property management companies because their selection was so limited. Most only had one or 2 units available, and none really matched what I needed. I ended up paying 6 or 7 application fees just to go see that I wasn't interested, but once I found Elite I had options to choose from, and my searching was over. The few maintenance issues that I have had have been responded to in a timely manner, and the property meld app makes submitting maintenance requests super fast and super easy!!! 5 stars...would and do recommend.

I am a resident of the property on North Street (quadplex 1112 to 1114). The homes are in poor condition. Elite is all about protecting the owner and not satisfying the customer. My heat in the unit did not work properly from November 2023, and it was finally fixed lat February 2024. I have toilet water falling from my upstairs neighbor, and I have video proof, and they have not fixed the issue nor have they fixed the water-damaged ceiling. They cancel maintenance requests and don't expect your deposit back because they will find something. This management money has little concern for its customers from my experience. The property is nasty and full of trash, I have experienced mice in the ceiling, the doors are not well sealed nor isolated, and I had to argue for my window air conditioning units when in the lease air and heat were provided. The floors are then so you hear every movement from your upstairs neighbors. If a neighbor steals from you you are SOL because the complex management does nothing. I called the police because my neighbor stole my $400 television and nothing happened nor did they try to help remedy the situation. The property is very sluggish and needs major work. Please stay away from the 1112-1114 North Street locations, including the half addresses. You have no support from the management team or the property owner. All the appliances are outdated and excessively loud, the fridge is a small fridge that barely holds anything, and the stove smells like burning wire and does not heat properly. The bathroom is a cubby. The back area does not heat well and you will need supplemental heating to keep the back warm in the winter. No work has been done on these units. Don't move here for your own sake. I have been here a year and I don't recommend anyone doing the same.

Yes I rated you a 5 because Ryan Griswold is a very good man to deal with. He is kind and trys to help you anyway he can. For my family he is a blessing from god . And he bends over backwards to help you. I will recommend Ryan Griswold to anyone that is looking for a home.

I have had the best experience with Ryan Griswold and Elite property management group I had a unique situation and he was eager to accomidate above and beyond in helping me secure housing for myself and children quickly He is prompt to address any needs as a tenant regarding his rental homes and does so in a rapid manner. His assistant Lana is the sweetest and addresses things quickly and professiinally. I have been given ample notice if workers need to enter residence for anything. Ryan is very respectful of his rentals being someone's home. I would absolutely recommend considering Ryan and elote property group for renting purchasing or a land contract. His communication is wonderful and he is very professional and also its a transparent he genuinely cares about tenants and is understanding and just a good human overall. I appreciate a stressful situation i was in and his empathy woth me being honest. If you are looking for a great landlord this is unique and yoi wont be disapointed! My kids and I are so greatful!

My partner and I just moved in to our apartment, and so far we are extremely impressed with the management team. They’ve been nice and helpful, and our move in process was extremely easy. Now for the reason for the low rating. From the moment we walked in, we could tell that not much cleaning was done before we moved in. The kitchen sink and counter tops were covered in dust, as well as the bathroom counter and sinks. This wasn’t a big deal to us, as we were planning on deep cleaning anyway, but I just vacuumed the living room for the first time since we moved in and there is already a whole inch of dust sitting in my vacuum cleaner just from one single room. It’s also picking up pieces of carpet, which happens when there is a lot of dirt and dust built up. This is only our fourth day here. This is astonishing to me, because in our lease it says they will take part of our deposit for “cleaning costs” if needed. I can only assume that we’ve been living in the past tenants filth for the past few days, which is disgusting. (Update, I just finished carpet cleaning only the living room and the dirty water is way too close to black. See photos below). I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted that they would let brand new tenants move into a unit in this condition.

Absolutely recommend these guys. Ryan and Kevin are all about helping you find the perfect place and they go above and beyond to make things happen. They are the most nicest people we have met. If you want a realtor, I'd definitely choose elite property management
