I've been trying to add my daughter to my insurance for over a month now. They gave me a nice quote from a different insurance provider than I was with, but never communicated when this is supposed to take effect. So I'm still paying my old insurance company lol. Then I recently bout a truck I have to get that on my insurance, but nothing has changed. Now the company I financed the truck through is sending me emails waiting for my proof of insurance on the truck. Not recommended!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. These people unless you are a huge company put you off and tell you they have bigger companies to look out for. Wendy Barnes also fails to call me back after I cancelled my insurance with them then tries to call me almost 2 weeks after I cancelled and tells me i have to come to her office to sign a cancellation paper which is bull because when you don't pay the bill you don't sign a cancellation paper they just cancel you. Please be very careful who you do business with.
