I had an extremely frustrating experience with Enclave Property Management. I applied for an apartment with a rent of around $4,000, completed all the required steps, and provided all necessary documents. Despite this, they never got back to me.

I followed up two days later and was told they needed to discuss it with the owner, who was out of town. A few days after that, I called again, and a representative named Jelly said she would review my application and get back to me. She never did. After repeatedly trying to get an answer, they finally responded and said we didn’t meet the requirements even though we have a monthly income of over $20,000, far exceeding what should be necessary.

Not only did they waste my time, but they also cost me money and put me in a stressful situation as my move out date approaches. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for applicants’ time make them highly unreliable. If you’re looking for a responsive and trustworthy property management company, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Enclave Property Management has a very professional management team. Their team members are friendly, courteous, professional, and responsible. Whenever my tenants need assistance, Enclave Management Team was on top of it and resolved the issues very quickly. I am very happy with their service and I strongly recommend them.

Terrible service and worst communication possible . I booked an appt submitted my application, the day of I'm told they rented the property. Why not cancel the appt as not notify before I spend $500 on around trip flight. I'm tired of these fly by night property mismanagement companies .
