I do NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone. They are rip offs. I added my son to my insurance on November 8th, 2024. They did not fully add him or complete the process until November 12th, 2024. I was going through Encore Insurance, which set me up with Cincinnati Insurance Company. They wanted to charge me for adding my son $571 monthly. I would have to pay starting on December 29th, 2024. They wanted me to pay the first payment after the add $744 on November 29th, then $571 each month. I told them that they were insane and asked them to look for different insurance within their company that they worked with. The lady emailed me back and said that the best rate was with Cincinnati and the other places were higher. I haven't been with that company very long. I started with them on April 29th, 2024. The lady told me that Cincinnati Insurance was NOT youth new driver friendly, and they charge high rates for youth drivers. Who in their right mind would stick with an insurance company like that. I definitely wasn't going, too. So, I canceled the insurance effective November 29th, 2024. I received a bill in the mail stating that the insurance company was charging me $195 for adding my son which the bill should of started from November 12th to the 29th, but technically I was already paid up for November and wouldn't be charged again until the November 29th for the month of December. This company is not supportive of their customers' needs. They didn't even ask me if I would like to change insurance or if I was okay with this new quote. The lady just assumed I would be dumb enough to pay what they were putting out. They were not what I expected. I requested them to stop the auto pay (EFT), and the lady said they did, and now, Cincinnati saids since it was automatically set up on auto pay they will charge my bank the $195 payment, and they are not going by my request. I told them multiple times that I provoke permission to pull from my account. They think they can just do it anyway with no permission.

Was told an exact amount my insurance would be, then was charged way more and they overdraft my bank account. When I got a call back the woman had an attitude with me immediately and kept interrupting me every time I tried to say something.
