I've lived here for over 7 years, this property has going down the drain since they took over about 2 years ago. On day 1 they raised our rent by $100 plus they started charging for water, $42 a month! The rent has increased every year since by about $100 since and the quality of living has gone down significantly.The property manager (Carmen) doesn't respond to any of the issues that have been going on. They have let ANYONE move in. We now have drug addicts and a bunch of sketchy people living here. One tenant has had the cops called multiple times for domestic violence, broken in to the property MULTIPLE times damaging the main door to the property, set their apartment of fire, arguments about drugs in the middle of a work week a5 3am, and caused damage to the property with no repercussions. I've reported termites and damage from them in the kitchen and no response. My unit was broken into, no response. Another tenatn has about 8 kids and a daycare in their appt which is not legal. They fill up the dumpster here within 2 days and leave their trash all over in front of other peoples garage. They even block other people garages that we pay for and have been asked multiple times not to but again, management does nothing about it. There is no property manager living on site like there use to be. I'd avoid renting here at all cost. I'm actively looking for a new apartment ASAP like my former neighbors because things are getting worse here by the day.
