That was a lot of phone tag being played I call them they call me I leave them a voicemail they leave me a voicemail bottom line I love the reviews I like the fact that they had an A+ rating I did have her find out one review that was negative about a man that assume that the stove and refrigerator came with the apartment only to find out they were not so course I call Epic Realty back they located in Roebuck across from the golf course I asked what amenities were included with the price of the two bedroom apartment I kept getting a voicemail from them but they never would respond to my question so I moved on because I could not afford to purchase any appliances. It seemed that they do give people a second and third chance on that credit even though some people credit was so negative and they were were required to pay 2 months rent in advance I spoke to the guy only once and he was expecting me that day but when I call back with the person again I didn't get a answer to my question is when he would leave a voicemail so I guess that was a signal that I had to buy my own appliances the people I spoke with however or nice very nice in business like. That's all I got for you that was my experience. I was interested in the apartments on 3rd Avenue South Avondale across from the workshop I was glad to see you that they had painted over the beige paint with the sky blue that was beautiful.

If you have bad credit this is the place to go. And by bad I mean 2 bankruptcies, 5 evictions, 1 repo, and a current garnishment bad. I was really worried that I was about to waste my time even applying and was getting use to the idea that me and my children + my animals would be living in a motel or the Salvation Army. Then to make matters worse when I went to apply was the morning after the San Bernadino shooting. I just knew I was going to be discriminated against. 🙁

They office lady called me back and said I was approved but would need to pay 6 months up front because of my bad credit. The next day the manager called me and said I did not need 6 months up front just 3 months, which is not bad considering how awful my credit is. 🙂 Plus they don't have any stupid rules and I can dig up the front & back yard of my apartment to plant a garden. YAY! 🙂

Very nice. Like the other commenter said they will take you with bad credit and a evection. They are older apartments but ,hey if you need a place and your down on your luck I would try here. They are a good company

The Epic Company has been a BLESSING. We
lease 3 units from them and they have been
QUICK to repair any issues. They appear to have
a heart for those needing a 2nd Chance.

They have been nothing but, good to me! I am 20 years old going through a divorce, trying to handle school, and work. I had to find somewhere to live in less than 30 days. They let me check out the place, i paid the application fee, and was approved the next day with the place ready to move in. Thanks Epic Co!

I called twice today and each time I talked with your receptionist she was nasty very rude and unprofessional and what ticked me off is she said IT DIDNT MATTER when asking about a property, I wanted to do busy with you guys but until I talk to somebody else other Than her I won’t
