We have completed 2 refinances with Eric Miller and his team within a 6 month period. He is the only loan officer over the last 15 years of owning
a home in the North County of San Diego that never gave up on us. In the past if the appraisal didn't quite fit the needed parameters, we were told that there was nothing to do. This did not happen with Eric! He explained to us all of our refinancing options and we trusted his advice wholeheartedly. He informed us at our first meeting that we would need to do a 2 step process to rid ourselves of our FHA and PMI payments. That's exactly how we proceeded! Everything fell into place so beautifully. Our new mortgage is helping us out so much with our monthly budget! A HUGE weight has been lifted off of our shoulders! His team also goes above and beyond the call of duty.
