Erik Miller called me many years ago, after I had been doing a search online about options to refinance my home. I was skeptical at first, as I generally am whenever I get calls from people I don’t know, but after just a few minutes of speaking with Erik, I felt very much at ease. Honestly, I felt like Erik’s call was an answer to prayer!

Erik, and his trusty sidekick Albert, were incredibly helpful and personable during that refinance process. They were very patient with me whenever I had concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. At the end of the deal, I had a much better mortgage situation, AND I had gained a new friend! I don’t recall exactly what year that was, although I think it was 2016 or 2017.

I refinanced with Erik and Albert again in 2018, as I had to address a pretty dire financial situation caused by hefty credit card debt that my then-husband had racked up. Erik was very compassionate when I couldn’t hold back my tears about my marital problems and was instrumental in helping me fix the financial part of it. (If only my ex-husband had been more like Erik….)

Erik has reached out to me several times over the years, whenever interest rates dropped and there was an opportunity to improve my mortgage situation. He also reaches out periodically just to check in with me and find out how I’m doing. We live in different states, so it would be easy to lose contact, but Erik is consistently friendly, kind, and respectful.

I have recommended Erik to my friends, and if I ever need to refinance again, I’m definitely calling Erik. Honestly, I think the world would be a better place if we have more hard-working , honest, and genuinely kind people like Erik and Albert in it!

Thank the gods I have had Erik Miller on my side since 2012. When I retired in 2010 I decided to keep and rebuild our family home built in 1937. Banks were not making construction loans and the project required all my savings plus a HELOC from Wells Fargo. I had spoken with several loan officers but they truly did not believe my story as to the complexity and extent of my project. A friend had experienced working with Erik and introduced me to him. Erik actually listened to and worked to understand my project. He guided me through the necessary steps and secured financing necessary to payoff my construction debts and a car loan all for a very competitive rate.
Since that first financing Erik has contacted me every time he believed he could offer me a better rate and/or secure me the additional funds to complete those unexpected items a newly rebuilt home requires. I have always been better off following his financing advice.
