I was helped by someone who i think is the epitome of customer service, Lizeth. I was definatelly a customer with a difficult scenario. I had 3 different things that I needed help with and she totally made me feel as if she was working for me. We need to have more Lizeth anywhere customer service is needed and normalize this.
