All the ladies at this office are awesome! I had to have emergency insurance and I didn't have the money needed, to get it started. Do NOT buy from her! I am reading the good reviews and am shocked. They must be SO nice when they sell the insurance but if you have a claim, you will be shocked and that is when you need them the most! My sister’s house burned down on a Friday night. We called Fri and got no response so we left a message. No return call so we called Saturday about an hour after she opened. Showed zero concern and told my sister to call insurance company to make a claim and said "have a nice day." Gave my sister the same number she had already called and got voicemail that they were closed. Asked for emergency # and Josephine said we had to wait til Monday. When we commented that seemed unusual she told us, "That is something to let the company know. I do not handle claims. I am just the agent."
She expressed zero concern or guidance. Flat out said “Ask the company on Monday. I don’t handle claims.” When we asked her about the policy, she told us to read it. When we said, "her house burned down" she told us to check her email. When we asked if she had record on her computer of the policy she SOLD HER CLIENT, she again referred my sister to her email. Rude and TERRIBLE customer service. She will be ZERO help if you need it. You will be on your own! ZERO stars if I could!
