Evergreen is great! They’re incredibly responsive, especially to maintenance requests. Special shout-out to Jerry! Our fire alarm needed the battery replaced and he came and fixed it on short notice with a great attitude!

I've been a tenant for Evergreen for almost 3 years now and have got to give my respect to this company, very respectful and enjoyable to work with. I've had some difficult times, such having a nonfunctional dishwasher for a few months and apartments being signed off before you would get to read the leasing contract. However, I would say a lot of this is made up by the consistent positives such as having my broken fridge replaced less than 12 hours after I reported it.
At Purdue, its a relief to have Evergreen being able to handle themselves will the frantic housing shortage over the last few years. Also, all respect goes to Jerry from their maintenance team! He was quick and very respectful.

Evergreen has been a fantastic place to live this year! We have loved our apartment this far, and the evergreen maintenance team has been very responsive.
