I had the pleasure of working with Carmena who truly went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt welcome and comfortable. From the moment we spoke with her , her kindness and professionalism stood out. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, addressing any concerns promptly and always with a warm, friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their tenants, but she consistently made us feel like a priority. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager who combines expertise with exceptional customer service.

Worst rental company I have ever worked with. Multiple major water leaks in the home, water coming out of light fixtures, 14+ days to get repairs done and they don't fix properly. Left wet and moldy drywall and insulation. Calls, emails, work orders submitted and still Evenest does nothing. They don't care about the safety of there tenant's. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! On the day that I received my keys at 9am the house had not been cleaned, nor had the grass been cut. The tenant prior to me had pets so the drains were clogged with pet hair. I began cleaning myself so that I can move in my belongings. As of 5pm still no cleaners had arrived. They tried to send cleaners the next day. After moving out they charged me a $355 cleaning fee for the property to cleaned to “hotel standards!” Funny because the property wasn’t cleaned to “hotel standards” when I moved in. The toilets were dirty, the oven was filthy, and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. I have no problem paying a cleaning fee, but $355 is outrageous for the way it was given to me when I moved in. I was told that the cleaning fee stands because they attempted to send cleaners the day after I moved in. When the professional thing to do is have the property cleaned before a tenant move in.

Was difficult to communicate .Slow to respond.Issues did get resolved,just not in a timely manner.I give you 3 1/2 stars.Expedite may deposit and stars will go up.Some photos owner never resolved.I rebuilt steps out of pocket.Not even a thank you.

Every property we tried to very was either missing the key or the key that was there did not unlock any of the doors. We had already driven for an hour to get to these properties and we're told we can either wait or attempt another property yet again. Yet their wait time was over half an hour. There is absolutely no point in scheduling a viewing with them when they can't even make sure their properties are able to be viewed.

Please please don't sign with this company they will whole u against your will. They want let u move they don't fix nothing just patch things up and they add fee to your account for nothing. I really hate this company and wish they would go away for good. Don't wait your time with these people they don't care if your about to be put out or not . Run fast and I mean now your signing with deviled people with no kinda heart.
