Thanks to Daphne Castillo on helping preparing for our move-in! Timely communication and very clear message. Will keep updating once move-in is done.
Update: the move-in process was a mess. We were told the code to the lockbox is available at 7am or 12pm as the latest. But we kept waiting and waiting till 4pm, after numerous calls and even submitted a maintenance request on line. The code was sent to us 5min before locksmith arrives so we still need to pay the service fee.

Renters AND landlords beware. Do not move into a property managed by evernest, you will regret it immediately. They will hustle you for fees and extra money wherever they can. Move in was a nightmare. Putting in 30 days notice was a nightmare. You will never have a reference person because all of the employees are outsourced to foreign call centers. You can not get ahold of them for anything.

Landlords, find a different company. There is high turnover for units managed by them because tenants are so unhappy. They will not get things fixed and your unit will not be taken care of by them.

The company is scummy and shady. They keep absorbing companies and changing their name to try and outrun the bad reputation they have.

I'm not one to leave reviews but Action Management is absolutely worth raving about and I thought you should know!
I had the best experience living at an apartment managed by AM. Honestly it was hard to leave but we needed a bigger space. From my first visit viewing the vacant apartment, Michael was so warm, friendly and thorough in answering all of my questions. The process to apply was smooth (and fast!) and our adorable space was perfectly ready for us upon move in. Throughout our year + living there management continued to take good care of us, repairs were done in record time and the entire complex was always kept so well. Our move out experience was no different, Michael even helped me move some things out of the apt. And after a few weeks living at our new place under new management I can tell you what a contrast it is, we miss our old place managed by Michael! They truly care about their residents and go the extra mile to ensure you are well taken care of.

This place is a joke . They do not look out for a landlords best interest. They will fill your rental with what ever tenant they find . No background checks . They offer rent guaranteed but when a tenant does not pay they won't pay the landlord . It's all just to get you to sign up . Stay clear of this rental co. They will bill you for services never performed I recently got a bill 3 years later for something that was never done. They also promised to cover eviction . That never happened in the end I lost 20k
