In my nearly 40 years on this earth I've never had more issues with an insurance broker. They're quick to take your call when setting up a policy but trying to get a response over the phone is nearly impossible and the only way I've been able to talk to some one was to look them up and call the owners personal number directly. After 10 calls in to the office and 2 calls directly to Tyler I get a response. I was told oh you didn't leave a message. I did, on the first call I made At 1:06pm today. I continued to call every few minutes from 1pm until they finally returned my call at 3:14pm

I've never had to make any claims with these people so I cannot speak to how they handle those but of the last 3 instances I've tried to contact them to change or add policies it's always like pulling teeth to get someone to actually talk to you and then Tyler couldn't be bothered to apologize and blamed me for not leaving a voicemail on every follow up call because they have the only phone system in existence that cannot see the list of calls received apparently.

Save yourself the time and look elsewhere or prepare to waste your time trying to work with a broker that could careless about answering you. If the problem is the fact you have one person "answering or returning calls" then maybe you should hire more people or at least a competent replacement.

Owner Tyler Horton is very pro active in providing customers with seasonal weather updates and helpful tips. They are very hands on in providing claim service if the need arises.
