Everwise stinks! TCU used to be a good bank in the 80-90’s and early 2000’s. I’ve been with this credit union for years! They can’t keep up with the times! The app is horrible. The fees stink and customer service is horrible! Sad online banks take better care of their customers

I was treated like I was insignificant as a member of this bank. This branch specifically did not meet the customer satisfaction I would have expected. I have been to this branch, and many others previously on a regular basis and have not had any trouble like I had here today. Extremely disappointed in the teller and the manager. They are uneducated on the bank policies, and need additional training. I do not recommend this branch.

Nice staff but better not have plans!! The drive thru is thee slowest I have seen. I figured it was because it was on a Friday but NO it is everyday. TCU definitely needs to look into WHY! Most of the other locations are speedy I don’t know why this one is SO slow!

WATCH OUT FOR THE BLACK MERCEDES!! It was parked in two spots, so I parked as close as I could without hitting it. When I started walking toward the building, an old woman (over-pumped with Botox, wearing extremely long heals), walked toward me with a purpose, shouting, "Sir! Sir! I think you nicked my car!" Seeing the woman, I knew immediately which car she meant. I said, "Lady, I didn't touch your precious car." I suggested to her that she try parking in only one spot so this kind of thing doesn't happen. After she saw I hadn't touched her car, I asked, "where's the nick?" She said, I kid you not, "I don't know? You tell me." ... WHAT? Here's the kicker, this is my first time at this location, and this woman IS THE MORTGAGE OFFICER OF THE BANK! Terrible. I can't wait to file a formal complaint against her.

0/5 would not recommend. Do not expect fast or regular reasonably quick service coming to this TCU. They are ridiculously lazy slow. I sat in the drive with no one there and a few people inside also, for them to take 10 minutes before even acknowledging I was there, didn’t get a hello or anything. The question I had literally took 10 seconds to reply and I was gone. Couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone when calling earlier. Terrible service and worst TCU location ever.

Don't use this TCU if you're wanting fast service. However, friendly service once you get it. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes or more in drive though. Drive through has been this slow since the day this location opened.

Everyone of the clerks are friendly and very helpful. Even when they are busy they are still very friendly. I don't mind if I have to wait because I have never had bad service.
