Again, this review will never do Mr. Mike Riggs justice! This is my second home equity loan with Mr. Mike Riggs of Evoque Lending, with a better fixed interest rate! Even though my credit score wasn’t too high. Mike Riggs did his magic! Mike did a great job helping me get a great loan! And again, he was unbelievable! I’m going to keep saying again, because again he was with me every step of the way! I had NO concerns this second time around! Again, always ready to explain everything to me, and help me understand everything! Because of Mike Riggs I am working on my credit score! Once I get my credit score up. I can’t wait to do a 3rd loan with Mr. Riggs!

The initial process was smooth with Chandler. Super responsive and helpful. However, had I known that the private lender I would be get would only receive cheques, via a PO Box, I would have gone somewhere else. Now that I am trying to close out the loan, there is no help. Nobody is responding. The super nice private beneficiary is not responsive and all I want to do is wire him final payment. And Evoque lending is doing nothing to help. Not the right way to do business at all. Even my current lender is shocked at how this process is being handled.

Never mind my pots from a year ago. THIS Company is A SCAM!! I can’t stress this enough and do not trust them at all. Not only did they add $20k in fees to my loan, they are trying to illegally foreclose on my home as we speak. Not only did they not ever sent me a statement of where to make payments or how much to make or a loan breakdown they simply started a foreclosure just 14 days after the due date. The never reached out to me a single time to let me know there was something wrong with my account. The forced a foreclosure just 14 days late and when I finally was able to get someone on the phone they told me it was told late and nothing I could do to save my home. Don’t believe me Just google it. Just look up evoque or loan cutters lawsuits and you will see them all. These pos hide behind LLC and run your loan as a “business” loan so they don’t have to follow residential rules and laws. I have never owned a business in my
Life but that is how my loan was submitted as well as a 91 year old that the did 4 refi for and took over $900k of this poor ladies equity and all so she could do house improvements. People like this need to be in prison for ruining the lives and homes they touch and believe me if it hasn’t happened to you yet just wait. They want you to be just a single day late so they can get their foreclosure process started. Contact me if you have any questions and don’t let them take your home too
