COMPANY KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR 90 DAYS WHEN BY LAW I DESERVED TO GET IT ALL RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS....YET THEY STOLE $400 OF IT UNTIL I GAVE THEM BAD REVIEW SO THEY PAID ME THE REST; YET I COULDN'T PAY MY BILLS ON TIME SO IT AFFECTED MY CREDIT SCORE NEGATIVELY (AND WILL FOR 7 YEARS). THEN, WHEN I PAID 3 MOVING COMPANIES $18,000 TO LOAD EVERYTHING ON TRUCK TO DELIVER TO ANOTHER STATE ON MAY 31, 2023 FROM BOWLING GREEN LOCATION EVERYTHING FROM THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE (CLOTHES, FURNITURE, TVS, JEWELRY, POSSESSIONS, PHOTOS) GOT STOLEN FROM MOVING COMPANY & I NEVER GOT REIMBURSED.NEIGHBORHOOD FULL OF CRIME & VIOLENCE! SCAM, SCAM!

I've lived in one of the Ewing Properties for about 8 years and the maintenance team just keeps getting better. Shout out to Brent with the Maintenance team for being so respectful and responsive of my home and taking the time to keep me informed on the process. I appreciate you!

I've lived at my current residence for almost 3 months now. My garage has been broke the entire length of my stay, along with shower doors, leaking tubs and a destroyed mailbox.

The people at the Japser location are friendly, but as of right now, that's all I can say. It's been a terrible experience thus far and given the opportunity, I'd absolutely look anywhere else for somewhere to live. The house was dirty upon moving in, along with a spider and centipede infestation that we've spent months and hundreds of dollars to fight.

The maintenence is non-existent. I've maintained records and thus far I'm up to 16 different contact points between calls, letters and office visits across two months and have yet to have a single thing fixed.

I currently live in their Lawrenceville property, and this is the absolute worst experience with renting that I have ever had. I love the location, and the neighborhood is great, but the maintenance issues in the apartment are beyond unacceptable. I contact management, and am stonewalled, until I get nasty, and then they come and piddle around, either not fully fixing the problem, or starting it and just never coming back. The head maintenance guy is one of the rudest, most condescending individuals I have ever dealt with, and will always make you feel like you are dumb. I have never seen him successfully complete a maintenance task. The amount I pay to live here, to not be able to use my garage, plumbing, cabinets, doors, is insane. No matter how clean I keep my place, it always feels dirty because so many things are so very poorly maintained.

This is the worst experience my family and I have ever had renting an apartment. As soon as we moved in we started having problems. The place was filthy when we moved in, there were water stains on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom floor, the oven didn't work, the freezer door didn't close, the water hookup for the washer machine was faulty, dishwasher would leak, the windows are so old and extremely hard to open, the place was infested of spiders and centipedes, etc... Basically everything in the apartments needs updates and maintenance.

Maintainance crew will let themselves in without previous notice into your apartment, whether you were home or not.

Shortly before our 1 year lease was up, they sent us a very short notice saying they were gonna bring rent prices up and that we needed to sign a new lease. After our awful experience we obviously didn't want to stay and sign another year lease with them. But they didn't gave us a notice with enough time for us to give a 45 day notice to move out, so we had to pay for a whole extra month even though we moved out very quickly.
It's been almost a month and a half since we moved out and still haven't received our security deposit, though judging by previously reviews I doubt we will see it, even though we professionally cleaned carpets and completely deep cleaned the entire apartment including appliances in and out.
Employees in the Jasper location are extremely hard to deal with, and will try to take as much money from you as they can.

I hope I never have the disgust to deal with ewing properties again.

Do NOT rent from this company. They rip you off and cause nothing but trouble and then when you give your notice and move out they will try to keep every penny of your security deposit! I have rented from them 3 times and they have kept it all 3 times. The 2nd and 3rd time I had to fight and demand proof of what they were charging me for and I eventually got a small amount of my deposit returned to me both times. They charge a fee out of your deposit to clean and paint for future tenants!!! That’s part of being a landlord and renting property out. I have left my house in very clean condition when I moved out and they still kept the cleaning fee!! This company is nothing but crooks and I feel sorry for anyone who gets caught up in a lease with them. Many others would agree!! Stay away!!! They price gouge this area and cause other rentals to go up. I hate this company. While we may know how high the rent is when we sign the lease, they don't deliver on service or value when it comes to the quality of the rental. Kerstiens in Jasper is much nicer and more affordable. Their staff are friendlier and make more effort to take care of their tenants. Try them first! Also, if you are a woman, be prepared for men to just be letting themselves into your apartment or townhouse/duplex when they want to. I have known two women who were caught without clothes on and another one who was in the shower when they let themselves in. Total disrespect and not professional in the slightest.

I pay $775 a month. My neighbor pays the same and he has a garage. New renter just moved in and she pays $950 a month. Cracked walls, sunlight through the front door frame and a stove with a analog clock/ timer. Not to mention dried grass clippings all over your vehicles. Good luck!
