Usually a chill experience nothing special, but today the teller seemed like specifically rude and minimal with me. Her attitude was already bad but the fact I was more polite and respectful to her than she was to me and she’s getting paid is wild. She handed me a check and stared at me for at least 5 seconds when usually the tellers ask for a signature here. And when we finished up her tone completely changed for the customer behind me like they were besties. Idk what I did considering I’m a manger in customer service so I’m well aware of social interaction awareness. I was polite all the way through and was treated pretty badly. She had glasses and seemed like in her 50s. Please talk to her about customer service with everyone.

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. My Father and Mother have banked here since the 70'5.
It used to be great. Now run from this place.
Cameron Belvedere is the most unprofessional and incompetent person due to him my family will be closing the account we had for over 50 years.
Cameron Belvedere refused to allow My mother who suffers from dementia and altimeters get bank statements order checks or remove w sister from her account. We reached out multiple times to Beth with no response & have since contacted ten BBB & consumer complaints due to exchanges bank lack of wanting to handle this situation.
Mr. Belvedere was trying to keep my 91 year old mother in his conference room alone for over 30 minutes after she said she was fine with us being present.
He refused to give her bank statements or remove my sister from her account after multiple attempts
Refused to allow family in the room with her
Refused to let her leave at one point
Offered to a in home banking appointment & offered her a ride home if her family would leave!

I came to this bank to deposit a small amount of cash. After struggling to get the ATM at another location to deposit my cash, only for it to keep spitting it back out I decided to go through their drive-thru. I spent 20min in a line that didn't budge. They had one woman working the drive-thru and it didn't look like she had done anything while I was there. There were only 2 cars ahead of us when we started and those same cars were still waiting when we gave up. So we headed for the entrance. I managed to deposit my money in their ATM but thought maybe I should share with them the location of the non-functioning ATM. Inside I waited in line for 15 min when there was only one other customer and 5 or 6 employees working at there desks. I was the only one actually in line, but still had to wait 15 min. Finally I tried to step forward and get someone attention and was stopped after taking like 3 steps and told I had to go back in line. So I left. And I'm now switching banks....
