Bathroom had sewer smell; left exhaust fan on all night & ran water down drains. Both didn't help rid smell. Also no hot water so no shower; changed rooms; only luke warm water after running tap for more than 5 minutes. Front desk was friendly but unable to do anything except offer me another room. Forget about it! Not staying there again...

This hotel has issues that are fundamental to comfort, like the bed, hot water, and the condition of the room.

The room was fairly clean but very old, small and smelled moldy. The bed was tilted and warn out. Couple of times during the night I woke up feeling I’m falling down.

Old rusty bathtub with no hot water for showers, ran the water for over five minutes and was just slightly warm that i had to shower very quickly. I called service desk to ask for the reason and Silvia said she cannot change my room, which was unrelated cause I never asked that and also said maintenance team will get it fixed in the morning, perhaps when I checked out of my room! Tried to take shower in the morning before going to work, again water was cold!

The lack of basic amenities like lotion was very inconvenient and surprising given the extensive price point.

The closest door opens but good luck being able to close it. It was very old and heavy so I decided to just leave it open.

Breakfast was fine, decent variety of options which you could choose. But one of the staff was standing by the kitchen door, staring at the guest which was very awkward and disturbing. Like you are eating in the prison and guards are watching you!

I will let my company know about my unpleasant experience to prevent booking at this hotel for my future visits.

Overall we had a great stay. However, we were very disappointed to discover this hotel no longer had a whirlpool tub. We booked this hotel for this reason. So we were very disappointed that on trip it mentioned there was a hot tub and there were still signs up at the hotel mentioning a hot tub. You can actually see where they removed the whirlpool from.

Our heater/av sounded like it was on it's last leg...so just turned it off. Floor was soaking wet under the heating unit. No hot water for showers in the morning! My husband went first and less than 2 minutes in lost hot water. I waited 15 min's (thinking we were on a shared water heater) to let water warm up. It didn't...I ended up taking a QUICK shower in less than luke warm water. Got up in the night to grab a tissue (allergies, and had to have windiw cracked due to heater/ac not working) popped one out and out came the only 2 in the box 🙄🙄 thank goodness I found some tissue packed in my luggage when I had to root around in it in middle of the night. It's just very aggravating to pay money for a room that isnt even up to par. The staff was very friendly...but the rest? I wouldnt suggest staying here.

Horrible experience they had no hot water. Instead of offering us a room with hot water they offered us a room to only shower in. How does that make since? Why would I want my daughters me and my husband to go from room to room. To top it off when we decide to go shower in the 2nd room THERE WAS STILL NO HOT WATER! I waited until I got back to LA to shower. I also think they might have a pest problem since a earwing happened to climb up on the bed. I didn’t search for more but didn’t find any thankfully. We came to town for a wedding an ended up being a bad experience

We stayed here during our motorcycle trip. We were tired after 6 hours traveling in the saddle.
The staff were wonderful and we were amazed at what their full responsibilities were.
Judith was there working the desk when we arrived. She was friendly, helpful and accommodating. She got us squared away quickly so we could relax.
That evening, Celeste Fuentes came on. She is the bomb! She provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants.
Or bathroom sink was running very slow, so we called the desk. She was came up to check out the issue, left and came back with a drain tool. That didn't work and she came back again with a drain cleaning liquid. Apparently the maintenance people were gone for the day, so she was doing everything she could as well as being responsible for the desk. She was answering her portable hotel desk phone while helping us out. Talk about multi-tasking!
We were amazed that she had to apparently perform so many jobs, cover main desk duties, maintenance, clean up, security etc. I am not so sure that is a particularly safe practice for a young woman by herself at night. But she managed it like a champ without complaint and all kudos to her. Marriott is lucky to have such dedicated employees.

Absolutely disgusting, black light results had bodily fluids all over the place, This is horrendous, Stay away. Cleaning ladies bring fresh towels daily.

We were originally scheduled for one night. However, we were stalled for a car repair and stayed an additional night. The room is clean with nice amenities. The king-sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom products were of good quality. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. Fairfield has coffee 24 hours and nice breakfast. The area has several restaurants at different price points in easy walking distance. If you forget something there are several stores in which to replace them. I heartily recommend.
