Paul and Kurt was very unprofessional. I will not be working with Fairway. I gave Paul all documents for pre approval amount he never gave me this information.
He is asking me how much I have in my account for a down payment... I'm just browsing I will get down payment assistance if needed.

Smoothest underwriting process of my life. I reached out because of the good reviews and wasn't disappointed. They personally reached out to the selling agent with a personalized letter and reassured them that I was a stable buyer, and I ended up getting an offer accepted on that house (that had multiple offers on it). You get the feeling these people are really in your court. I also REALLY appreciated the willingness to communicate over email and text sometimes, and the speed of communication. If I buy again in the future I would use them.
