The front desk rep at the Delphi location is very disrespectful and cannot work customer service what so ever. Picking up a doc note was just the end of the world for her . Had an attitude from the time I stepped up to the desk. Didn’t offer help what so ever . Who knew a doc faxing a note from the Burlington location could be so difficult for her 😂. Wrong line of business wouldn’t recommend the Delphi location. Burlington is great always a warm welcome.

I love my Dr Molly Law at this clinic. She really cares about taking care of my health. If it’s emotional needs or physical needs. I feel like the only time she gets frustrated is if I’m not doing everything I can to follow up with her advice or referrals and that’s completely understandable. She’s so knowledgeable it’s incredible. I am very grateful. Also the nurses have called me up to 5 times in one day just to make sure I get all the information I need about something, or if we are playing phone tag because I’m at work, THEY WILL do their job! Because they care. The front desk staff is kind and knows my name and my daughters and her doctor is great too. So overall I’m very grateful. Most importantly because you never know how you’ll be treated when you have Medicaid. But they go above and beyond no matter what!

We switched from a pediatrician in Lafayette whom we were less than thrilled with. We’re using Annalei Whitlock. We have been throughly impressed with her knowledge and how kind she is to the kids. She’s an amazing Dr and I recommend her to everyone!

My provider here is absolutely amazing but the way everything else goes at the clinic is difficult. I always get directed to the nurse line when I have questions, which is perfectly reasonable, and talking to a nurse would be helpful but actually getting the chance to talk to one involves many days of phone tag. I don’t think anyone actually answers the nurse line, just listens to the voicemail you leave. The voicemail is not long enough to record everything you need which is why it is important to be able to talk to someone. I have been on hold for an hour plus on the nurse line which continuously said “I was the first caller in line” but never actually got through to anyone. I’ve tested this several occasions so I am going to gather no one actually intends on answering the phone so it is not very productive if you actually have and urgent question or issue that needs addressed. I would love to go to a different facility that runs more effectively but I also don’t want to have to lose my amazing provider.

Jennifer Ann Coddington saw Our son for the first time for his 2 year check-up, and during that appointment ignored all his allergies and listed Our son had no known allergies that was presented to her . That is also reflected in the Clinical summary made by the provider. Immediately after We noticed this We contacted the Clinic and instead of fixing the falsified clinical summary Jennifer Ann Coddington with the help of others instead contacted DCS to allege that Our[ the parents ] behavior was erratic . Jennifer Ann Coddington is not license to practice behavioral health in the State of Indiana and used their position as a CPNP to make assumptions about us when We first met this provider . Our son's appointment was recorded by us and where in that recording it affirms this provider lied to DCS to cover up the fact the provider falsified Our son's medical information in contradiction to his prior medical history and used DCS to retaliate on us to hide the fact of the falsified information shown on the Clinical Summary . The Clinic and provider where made aware of the concerns of missing known allergies of Our son and other information that was falsely listed and asked to correct their errors and instead an hr later they called DCS and made a false report. This provider has clearly and affirmatively shown that valid concerns for Our son may be ignored and neglected by her and the provider may conceal and keep the falsified information in Our sons records instead of correcting the information showing further dereliction and a lack of care for the wellbeing of Our son.
