I would highly recommend this place for any future loans. I was reaching out regarding a possible car loan, and Stacey Jones was very quick to answer all of my questions and help me out through the process. She was very quick in callbacks and email responses. this is hugely important for me given a stressful big debt decision. She was also very patient with my questions and was very flexible when I had made a change decision

I’m dumbfounded at the lack of customer support with this credit union. I’ve been with them for 6 years now with no issues. But in this last year I have had some issues with my account and when I have went to them for help, on a couple of different occasions, they made me feel so incompetent and unworthy of having a checking account. The simplest question and they seemed to mock my lack of understanding. Heaven forbid they take a moment from their gossip ring, and actually help a customer. The Greenfield location is the worst. I’ll walk in looking nice, and they don’t smile or really say hello, it’s kinda funny actually. A few years ago one of my family members left family horizons and went to Chase and I asked them why, they said just wait and see. It’s very clear now

Be prepared for them to freeze your account without notice if they think a purchase is suspicious. I didn't find out my account was frozen until I was in line at the grocery store. Suddenly, my card didn't work and I had tons of items on the counter and a huge line behind me.
Also, the ATM is mind numbingly slow...probably because it's from the 90's. Seriously, I lived in Cambodia (a 3rd World nation) and their ATMs were more modern.

I have been banking here for a few years and have loved them until recently. The lobby is always closed, they say because of covid, but I don't see this at any other banks. They have been down to one lane for a week or so, and can't go inside. The ATM is very old and slow, and has issues often. I'm seriously thinking of changing banks.

Can't make any online loan payments - must send in via check or call in (which is a pain because sometimes you have to wait for a Representative to take payment). Never had issues with customer service, just a pain that the website isn't updated so you can make online payments. Probably would not consider using them again as we are not located in Greenfield and payments are complicating.

Worst credit union I have ever used! This is a so called shared branch for Purdue federal credit union. Everytime I try to bank here there is some reason they cannot help me. Not been able to use this as a shared branch. I cannot even use my bank card in the ATM.

Can't get a money order called to open my card , the lady said no . I said I'm going to have to close this account , the lady goes okay that sounds good. Terrible customer service.

Amazing people.. only reason a 3 is because they don't have atms of their own and you get charged to pull your money out after 4 debit transactions
