Family Pharmacy in Russellville was the very first pharmacy I visited when I first moved to Franklin County. I met the owner at the time, his wife, and also Jody. There are several locations, however I still go to my Jody pharmacy as I call it. When a new doctor asks me "which pharmacy should we send your prescription to? I always answer "to Jody".. .ah... I mean Family Pharmacy" lol It's been over 18 years now, and still have no complains, or anything negative to say about Jody or the rest of the sweet, kind, and smiling staff.. It's like angels come to the windows. This is not a joke: I drove up to the window and handed them an envelope with a couple of $100.00 dollars bills. I stood there and waited for my receipt. The beautiful angel looks at me with this wide eyed face, and I immediately realized I had the wrong window. I yelled: "OMG! I though this was the bank". She brakes up into this contagious laugh, I start to laugh while she hands me back the envelope as she is bent over laughing and trying to say: "I was just standing here trying to figure out what I was suppose to do" It made my day....However the service is always kind, sincere, and caring, and yes.. tons of smiles!!!!Jody and crew... we love you guys!

I called to find price of 2 prescriptions I'd gotten and the lady who answered was so rude first of all I understand if you can't tell what a narcotic is over the phone but when I had 2 prescriptions for just regular meds there's no reason someone can't find out how much something is that's ridiculous let alone to be hateful

Everyone is always friendly and service is fast accurate. They have competitive price matching on most prescriptions. I always recommend them. I love their items for sale the jewelry clothes and all.
