I met Ashley Dugan back in June of 2022 at first time homebuyer seminar. At the time, I had already applied and been approved for a mortgage loan through a different lender, but I was not happy with the terms and conditions associated with it. I listened as Ashley spoke about her organization and how dedicated she/they were to helping people obtain homeownership. She was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any question asked. After the seminar, I had the opportunity to engage with Ashley and ask for her help. From that moment forward, Ashley and Fancher Mortgage Group provided my family and I with outstanding service.
Ashley immediately went to work reviewing my file. She was open and honest with me from the beginning and let me know that I had some work to do. I appreciated that more than anything! She gave me a list of things to do, a timeline in which they needed to be done, and she stayed in contact with me over the next 8 months.

In February 2023, I reapplied for a mortgage loan, but this time it was different, I had Ashley!!! I followed the plan that was specially created for me and listened to what she told me to do.

Because of Ashley and her dedication to helping my family and I obtain our goal of home ownership, we closed on our first home earlier this week. I know that this would not have been possible without Ashley, her guidance, and her amazing team! I cannot even begin to express what a positive experience I had working with this company and credit most of that to the amazing efforts of Ashley Dugan. From the moment I was put in contact with her I knew she had a genuine desire to make this happen as opposed to most of the lenders I was being bombarded with. This was my first mortgage and Ashley was great at explaining the process and anticipating potential issues and coming up with solutions. I am self employed which makes the mortgage process a lot more scrutinizing and Ashley was there every step of the way to make sure it happened. I even chose a house that wasn't exactly move in ready as it needed some work and other lenders I had spoke to didn't even want to consider my loan in that condition, but Ashley came up with a plan on what we needed to do to get the house ready for financing which I know others wouldn't have.

Many people say a mortgage is a highly stressful and painful process but I have to be honest I kept waiting for it to get to that point and it never did. Even when I signed the papers and the house was mine I was looking around thinking "that was it?" I can only credit this experience to Ashley and her team at Fancher. Highly recommend!!!
