I loved this place up until I found a better rate and cancelled my policy with them. That's when my issues started. They assured me the previously upcoming payment would not be taking out of my account but when the time came they took $73. They told me several ways I could go about providing proof so that they could refund. Ridiculous, they took my money they should give it back. All the ways I tried they found a reason way it wasn't sufficient proof and said I would receive it back after their waiting period of 10 days. This was on the 7th and it is now the 24th, I have yet to see my money.
In short the agents are great but their company is far from, would not recommend going with them.
