I have been banking with Farmers Bank and trust for years from my home area which is Magnolia and Lewisville Arkansas but I am now living in Little Rock Arkansas. I went to this Branch here and tried to get my income tax check cash the lady there said they cannot cash it because I didn't have enough money in my account to cover a government check. It was not a personal check, a payroll check it was a check from the government which we all know that it will not come back. So I went to the other branch in Haskell Arkansas and the ladies there were great no problems of getting my check cashed. This makes the second year in a row that I've tried to get an income tax check cash at this branch and could not. And when I go to Haskell there is no problem in getting the check cashed. I love my bank but this year will make me want to change my Banks.
