Had a great shopping experience at the Cullman Farmer's store. Sales person was very positive and courteous. I feel we got a good deal. We had looked at several other stores in the area but they were much higher in price and not as good quality.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the sale ad stated that a free blender was given to each customer with their purchase. We spent $2300. We never recieved ours. Farmer's said they never recieved the promotional blenders.

Keith went above and beyond to fix our issues. Also want to say Dustin did as he said and we are very happy and appreciate it all. We will recommend anyone and everyone to give the new team a chance! Both manager and sale person was good. Worked on old credit and went over details on different machines, we didnt know of. Help us load them on our trailer, to take them home.
