They just do not have customer service that I’m accustomed to receiving. They don’t return calls or emails. They let your policy renew when you’ve asked for it to be cancelled. They don’t give you the instructions necessary to cancel until you’ve been charged because they didn’t return your calls and emails, and then they make you do all the work to get your money back. I mean they wouldn’t even call the insurance company they underwrote my policy with to check on my refund after I asked Anthony. Instead here’s the number. You call them. I thought I was a customer. They made money off my premiums, three different policies. Oh well, next company. There’s way too many places that care.

First I called the main number for Farmers, the agent on the phone was helpful. The next morning I called Anthony. He helped me with a clearer explanation of what happened, readjusted my policy to assist me in saving money but not change my policy. They next day I spoke to another Farmers customer and sent her to Anthony due to his file caring and helpful personality and knowledge.
