I am not to pleased with your agency. Several years ago I was looking for a better agent for the one I had did not get back with me on several questions I had so I went looking. Your agency came to my searching with a good rep.. So I moved my policy to your agency. an agent of yours Susanne Coe inter view and promised the moon. One day I had some questions. She was busy with another client and said she would get back as soon as she finished with the person. Never heard back. Long story short I'M LOOKING FOR A BETTER AGENT.

Been receiving unsolicited home insurance offers, thought I should check it out with a local provider--as they were quite a bit under current coverage. Unfortunately, if your dwelling coverage needs to be over a certain $$$ amount, their minimum deductible for hail and wind jumps from 1% to 3% unless you bundle at the same time with auto. I believe in earning one's business on more than price. If service and coverage were good then add auto. Have to pass on this one.

Tried getting an insurance quote from them for my home, but they've been very unwilling to provide a better quote and added a new weird requirement to stay at 2% hail damage coverage I will need to add my auto insurance. Their auto insurance quotes are more than a $100 more than my current insurance for the same coverage. Insane policy premiums and a very bad attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them !!!

UPDATE: Since the business misunderstood my review, the original hail damage was at 2%, but it got bumped to 3% since I was not planning to switch my auto insurance.
