Our Home owner insurance took a terrible jump from $1000 up to $1600. Started reading all these adds on Facebook about Home insurance and the phone started ringing off the hook. After listening to 4 or 5 different companies. This Hess agency came up with the most reasonable cost so that's were we went . Bryan and Katrina were real nice to deal with , answered all our questions and were not high pressure

I have had my policy with Farmers for quite a few years and every time (which is quite often with my commercial Traveler's policy) I have an issue with an endorsement or anything I can call and speak with Katrina Getz, who is so knowledgeable with all of my policies and she truly cares that my family is taken care of. She always takes accountability and even though I have wanted to move my policies elsewhere, she will go above and beyond to retain our business. So even though the market isn't great I will always trust the customer service that Katrina provides!! Farmer's is lucky to have such a dedicated representative that always puts the needs of the insured first!!!!
