I really cannot say enough about Christy Lee. I found her through the Covered California portal about 5 months ago, and she has helped me through every step of the way in getting my daughter's insurance. This was all very foreign to me, and Christy took her time to answer any question. She is always very patient and kind every time I speak to her. She is very quick to get back to me any time I send her an email or call her. She really goes above and beyond to give the best customer service ever. She is often in the office past 7:00pm returning calls. She deserves way more than 5 stars!

When I refused, they demanded a fee equivalent to three months' worth. When I expressed my disagreement, they abruptly terminated our relationship.
