Clint saved my job. With all the changes and new requirements for insurance for. Public/charter schools, I needed insurance that included "molestation" and I needed it in a hurry to teach Summer School or I wouldn't be allowed to teach this year.

We have recently moved all our policies to Farmers from Nationwide. Kim worked very hard to combine our policies plus help us obtain fire coverage through California Fair Plan as we are in a high risk fire area. Our previous company was charging us over $500 a month for fire coverage on that structure. We are thrilled with the service we received from Farmers and only wish we had made this move years ago. Grisly was also most helpful with an issue today . I must say I am not used to this level of service and I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a change in insurance coverage. I bought a house that was considered high fire zone. I had a heckuva time finding homeowners insurance policies. This office was one of the first to call me back and bent over backwards to find me a reasonable homeowners insurance policy as well as a fire zone Cal FAIR plan. It was all new territory for me so I was really appreciative that they knew their stuff and we’re on top of everything. Anytime I have a question I call the office and a human being answers the phone and there’s never any hold time. They also can respond via text message! Even decent customer service is a rarity these days and there’s is outstanding!
