Extremely disappointed in this office for taking advantage of my elderly widowed mother who is on a fixed income. They automatically renewed her home insurance policy for almost 3x the original rate without getting prior approval. If I could give zero stars I would, I am sad to see an insurance company take advantage of their clients like this. When we called to inquire about this charge, they very cheerfully explained that this is an automatically renewed policy. This has caused a lot of stress for her. 🙁
