We've been w/Farmers for a few years. I was moved over to Denise about a year ago. During this time we moved 1.5 hours from her location. She kept trying to set up an in person meeting and finally drove the 3 hr trip to our new home. Have you ever felt nervous about purchasing insurance in the past? Then This is definitely the agency for you, denise, and her team are welcoming and friendly. I’ve had some bad experiences with insurance agencies in the past, but it was completely different with this place. Elizabeth Evans was the agent I went through for my renters insurance policy, she helped me understand what the policies included and what everything would cover. One thing I like about them is they educate people to understand what their insurance actually covers, and they give situational scenarios to help better understand what could happen if an accident were to occur. I’m highly satisfied to know that my well being is looked out for with this agency. Because without the right amount of coverages my future income could be garnished, and that is a scary thought that before I had never even thought about being a possibility. I highly recommend EVERYONE in the area to at least go talk to the ladies at this agency to if not get a policy through them, to at least gain a bit of knowledge you might not have had previously!

Denise is caring and it shows in her work. She provides the best options, lays them out for you and walks you through the process of life insurance, home owners insurance, and car insurance. She is knowledgeable in her work. We're a family of four and she made life insurance affordable. I work in a service industry based career, I'm a cosmetologist and I am self employed. Denise provided me with peace of mind after some healthcare scares prompted questions about our family's future. There comes a point where you have to start thinking about your child's future and what they would need if you weren't there to care for them. Or what would happen if your spouse suddenly passed. These are awful things to be concerned over however, adulting requires taking the necessary steps to insure your children are cared for if something did happen. It's not a fun position to be in but Denise really made the process go smoothly, answered all my questions in detail, was forward about costs and walked me through anything that I didn't understand again.
