Farmers, and Doug Dixon's office specifically, has been great when I need them. Insurance is one of those odd things that you just don't think about most days, but then on that worst of all days it's crucial. I've had a couple accidents over the past ten+ years and Doug's office has been compassionate and helpful when I had to make that call. Always worked to make my safety and health their first priority.
We don't need to talk often but it is reassuring that they are there for me when I need them.
